on Great Cranberry Island
Newly refurbished in 2010. Ideal for a single person or a couple, with a queen bed on the ground floor (no loft or ladder.) Sleeps two more in a pinch, on the sofa and a folding cot. Large outside deck, and screen porch with woods views.
Kitchen with 4-burner gas stove with oven, refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven,.and coffee maker. Bedroom with queen bed and clothes closet. Bathroom with dual-flush toilet, shower, sink, and washing machine. Winterized with gas heat, electric heat, and wood stove.
Sorry, no smoking or messy pets. There is a clothes washer and clothesline, but no dishwasher and no clothes dryer.
Rates: $500 per week; 10% discount for 2 or more weeks. Off-season rates also available.
